FURNITURE R US was founded in 2024 in Orange, New Jersey, with a clear mission: to bring the beauty and warmth of natural materials into modern homes. What began as a small showroom on Main Street has grown into a trusted destination for homeowners, interior designers, and boutique hospitality businesses seeking authentic, handcrafted furniture that tells a story.

Our founder, inspired by years of travel and exposure to artisanal woodworking traditions across Asia and South America, noticed a gap in the American furniture market. Mass-produced furniture had become sterile and homogeneous—lacking the soul, texture, and character that only natural materials and human craftsmanship can provide. FURNITURE R US was born from the desire to change that.
