2.2. On the checkout page, select the preferred payment method, accurately enter the required bank card details, and submit the payment request.
2.3. The system automatically connects to the payment gateway to verify charges and process the deduction; the entire process is handled online without manual intervention.
2.4. Upon successful payment, the system immediately records the order details and initiates the stock preparation and shipping process; orders for which payment is not completed cannot be scheduled for production or shipment.
2.5. All orders are considered valid only upon receipt of actual payment; unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled by the system after a specified period.

We do not collect, store, or disclose critical payment information such as bank card PINs or security codes; all transaction data is used solely for order verification and after-sales tracking. The platform strictly adheres to cross-border transaction security standards, comprehensively mitigating risks such as unauthorized charges, data leaks, and irregular transactions to ensure the safety and compliance of every transaction.
4. Order Confirmation Notification
Once your payment is successful and verified by the system, we will immediately send an official order confirmation notification to your registered email address. This notification will include the order number, product details, payment amount, delivery information, and estimated shipping time.
Customers are advised to check their email promptly and verify the order details; please contact customer service immediately if any errors are found. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a reasonable time after payment, please contact us to check the order status and prevent any issues that might delay shipment.
5. Explanation of Common Payment Issues
5.1. Payment Failure: Common causes include insufficient funds, the card not being enabled for international transactions, network issues, temporary maintenance of the payment gateway, or incorrect card details. We recommend verifying your information and card permissions before trying again.
5.2. Duplicate Charges: If a single order results in multiple charges, the system will automatically detect the anomaly. Excess funds will be refunded to the original payment account; the refund processing time depends on the respective bank's settlement rules.
5.3. Payment Successful but Order Inactive: This is likely due to data latency in the payment gateway; there is no need to pay again. You can wait 1–2 hours for the system to synchronize the data or contact customer service directly to manually verify and update the order status.
5.4. Transaction Rejected: As our store only supports transactions within the United States, the system will automatically reject transactions involving cards with international transaction attributes, regional risk control restrictions, or a lack of authorization for US-based payments. We recommend using a compliant US-issued bank card to place your order.
