Our shipping services cover the United States only. We do not support delivery to locations outside the U.S., overseas territories, islands, or international addresses; orders are accepted only for delivery addresses within the continental United States.
6. Delivery Partners and Procedures
Standard small items are delivered via UPS. Large furniture items are delivered using specialized freight services; prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to provide an estimated arrival time and confirm the delivery address and logistics details, ensuring someone is present to sign for the shipment and preventing issues such as delivery failure, returns, or the need for redelivery.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact customer service immediately to request a cancellation; we do not charge any processing fees and will issue a full refund.
Once an order has left the warehouse and shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. You must adhere to our standard return and refund policy and follow the regular after-sales return process.
