Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to FURNITURE R US. The following outlines our official refund and returns policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@furniturerus.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@furniturerus.store.
